Terms of use

Last updated 10 August 2026

What these cover

These terms apply to this website. They are not the agreement for using the Cloud Parity product - that is a separate contract we will sign with you before you connect any cloud environment.

1. About this site

cloudparity.net is operated by Cloud Parity (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. The product is in early access

Cloud Parity is under active development and is not generally available. Descriptions on this site explain what the product is designed to do and what we intend to build. They are not commitments, warranties, or a guarantee that any specific capability exists today or will ship on any particular date. Features, coverage and pricing may change. If a capability matters to your decision, ask us directly and we will tell you its actual status.

3. No professional advice

Material on this site about disaster recovery, resilience and cloud architecture is general information. It is not professional, legal, or compliance advice, and it is not a substitute for evaluating your own environment and obligations.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material. If you believe you have found a security issue, we would much rather you told us - use the Talk to us page.

5. Our content

The text, design, illustrations and code of this site belong to us, except where stated otherwise. You may read, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your own or reuse it wholesale for a competing product.

6. Links to other services

This site links to services we do not control - for example the Google Calendar page used for booking a call. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

7. Availability and liability

This site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its contents. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
